Continued growth necessitates the expansion of our Client Service team, Cybercom requires an experienced Account Manager (x2 – permanent full-time role in addition to a maternity cover role).
Specific Responsibilities:
· Ensure the quality output and delivery of client projects on time and on budget
· Create and maintain key documents in accordance with agency process
· Day to day client communication and management
· Day to day operational management of projects
· Track and report account / campaign / project progress internally and externally
· Financial administration including estimating, billing and 3rd party financial administration
· Monitor and measure campaign performance
· Develop a deep understanding of the client’s products, market and industry
· Mentor and manager junior team members
Desired Skills:
· 2+ years relevant experience
· Marketing / business degree, masters desirable
· Strong working knowledge of all digital marketing vehicles
