Ad Sitelinks – Get more out of Paid Search
Earlier this week, Google launched a new AdWords feature – Ad Sitelinks. Ad Sitelinks allows marketers to include up to four additional links to deeper content on their website beyond the main landing page. This is a fantastic way to enhance the value of AdWords ads by showcasing additional targeted links for prospective customers. Links can be easily updated as often as you like, making it useful for seasonal offers and sales as well. This is an example of how Ad Sitelinks transform your search-based ad.
In the AdWords account, Ad Sitelinks can be found under the ‘Campaign Settings’ tab within the ‘Show additional links to my site’ and ‘Ad extensions’ sections. However, this feature is only available to ads that meet certain quality criteria. The higher the quality of your ad, the more likely it is that Ad Sitelinks may be able to run on that ad. So when it comes down to it, Ad Sitelinks is highly recommended and definitely worth trying if your ads qualify for it.
